4. Shipping Restrictions and International
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is created. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States only for now.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received. However, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
