Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and to maintain the highest hygiene standards, our return policy is limited. We want you to be 100% satisfied, so we focus on exchanges and replacements for quality issues.

1. Eligibility for Return (Unopened Items Only)

We accept returns only on items that are unopened, unworn, and still sealed in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be in the exact condition you received it.

• The original packaging must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Any item that has been opened or removed from its original seal.

• Items damaged due to customer error or wear.

• Gift cards.

3. Our Quality Guarantee (Replacements for Defective Items)

We stand by the quality of our tights. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong size/color by our error, we will gladly send you a free replacement or offer a full refund.

• To claim a replacement: Please email us at royalcult@gmail.com with your Order Number and a photo of the defect within 7 days of delivery.

• No Hassle: We will process the replacement immediately. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
